In 2005 Steve & Claire Leech established the Assist Group of companies, providing a range of insurance products to the leisure market place. 19 years later, the Assist Group now insure over 50,000 clients across the UK and Steve and Claire remain actively involved in the daily running of the company. 2024 Customer Experience Award Winners
The Customer Experience Award is open to any UK-based insurance business and the judges were looking for those who had clearly demonstrated an excellent level of engagement at every point of the customer journey from marketing to sales to customer service and claims. Proof was required on how this impacted the customer experience and how policyholders and prospective policyholders feel towards the brand. We had to demonstrate how we provided the very best experience to our customers throughout the lifecycle of a policy, as well as how we have introduced online processes to make sure that the customer experience was smooth, reducing any barriers that might prevent them from obtaining a quote or renewing their insurance. This relates to the availability of our services out of hours, where customers can now renew their policies online and also obtain an insurance quote using our quote and buy online facility.
Winners! 2022 Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award a British Insurance Award.
The Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award is one of the largest awards in the insurance sector designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation within the UK insurance industry. The award is open to all UK-based insurance brokers, appointed representatives and independent intermediaries serving the personal lines and micro-commercial market. We had to demonstrate how we have responded to the demands and needs of customers with the products that we offer, provide evidence of the service and support we have delivered to customers, along with independent reviews from customers about how they feel about our services to validate the entry.
We were announced winners of this award and we are absolutely delighted. We believe in traditional service values, where the customer lies at the heart of everything we do and we’re 100% committed to providing outstanding customer service.
We’re Winners of Another British Insurance Award – The Customer Care Award 2022
The Customer Care Award is one of the largest awards in the insurance sector designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation within the UK insurance industry. The award is open to any UK-based insurer, broker or MGA who can clearly demonstrate an excellent level of customer care, backed by clear standards and validated monitoring of performance. Park Home Assist had to prove the impact of a customer care strategy along with customer retention levels and client satisfaction to be able to enter this category.
We are delighted to be announced as winners of this award and to win two British Insurance Awards on one night was a tremendous achievement, one which everyone in the company is extremely proud of.
